Project Operations Specialist -Maternity replacement

The development center of SAP in Bulgaria plays a key role in the defining and developing of the SAP Business Technology Platform. For its 24-year history, the company has established itself as a preferred employer in the IT sector in Bulgaria. **What youll do** + Overall coordination of programs and projects management activities + Handle various internal operational activities, including platforms for employee engagement and benefits. + Creation of concepts and content for information rollout (newsletter, Corporate Portal content, etc.) + Support development of Labs Operations area specific strategy, execution and operational plans + Monitoring of specific goals (scope, quality, budget, time) and continuous enhancements and adoption to new requirements + Ensure continuous process and quality improvements + Event Management The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and a proactive approach to engaging both internal and external stakeholders. Please note that the hiring for this role is onlimited contract for a maternity leave replacement. **What you bring** Work experience: + At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational environment. + Previous experience in project and event management + Experience in coordinating partnerships with external stakeholders is a plus. + Proven ability to manage internal operational tasks, with experience in a corporate environment being an advantage Education and Qualification / Skills and Competencies: + University degree in a relevant field (e.g. Public Relations, Business Administration or a related discipline). + Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines efficiently. + Excellent communication skills in both English and Bulgarian (written and spoken). + Proactive and self-driven attitude. + Excellent presentation and networking skills + Proficiency with office tools and platforms (e.g. MS Office, collaboration tools). + A collaborative mindset, with the ability to engage and work with diverse stakeholders.
