Job Description
Arcadis is looking to hire a Project Planner to support a large-scale data center construction project. This is an on-site field position requiring daily presence at the construction site with expertise in project scheduling, progress monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.
As a Project Planner, you will serve as the primary control point between the Client and Suppliers, implementing scheduling control tools and monitoring execution progress. You will be responsible for identifying eventual non-compliance issues, analyzing them, and developing strategic solutions. Based on the project control flowchart, you will bridge knowledge from the client with execution by suppliers, while providing critical review and planning functions to ensure project timeline adherence

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Degree required).Master's degree would be beneficial – Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.A minimum of 10 years of experience in planning large-scale construction projects, preferably in data centers or similar technical facilities.Proven expertise in project scheduling software, particularly Primavera P6.Experience in developing and maintaining complex multi-contractor schedules.Deep knowledge of Project Management with demonstrated experience in planning methodologies, progress measurement, and earned value management.Full command of verbal and written English communication skills.Strong leadership skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations and build healthy interpersonal relationships.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Demonstrated strong work ethic and self-motivation.Preferred Qualifications
PMP certification.Experience with data center or mission-critical facility construction.Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.Additional Information
