The technologies have been tested across multiple and diverse flue gases from industrial processes, to ensure reliability and efficiency in a wide range of industry segments. Today, we lead many ongoing projects, from research and innovation, including pilot plant testing, to concept studies and to large EPC projects, both in Europe and in the United States. The SLB-Capturi US team is seeking a highly qualified Project Planner. In this exciting role, you will translate Execution Plan into Schedule, cost estimates (CBU) and work breakdown structures (WBS), from Tender to Execution phases, supporting the Project Manager with tracking/estimation reports of progress versus baseline. You also ensure standardization between projects and for project controls procedures and provide training on project planning and scheduling tools. **Roles and Responsibilities:** **Sale/Tender phase:** + Project schedule creation during tender phase, liaising with Tender Manager(s) to assign resources and assist with reviews. + Review Long lead critical items and highlight those during Tender preparation + Ensure and integration of engineering, procurement and construction management plans and schedules. **Execution phase:** + Build, manage & review the project WBS and base line schedules for project management team execution. + Validate Schedule's Key milestones and logic relationships/constraints needed for critical path analysis. + Validate alignment between resource planning and schedule baseline re-scheduling, when applicable to maintain schedule relevance. + Assist the project team in resolving disputes involving Variation Orders (VO) with client or suppliers. **Governance:** + Ensure the appropriate level of planning and scheduling functionality is applied to support project controls activities through all phases with Critical path analysis, Schedule Variance analysis, S-curves reporting and Look-ahead activity analysis. **Standardization:** + Establish standard methods and format(s) to enable reporting to the project & management teams. + WBS standard granularity/taxonomy for cost controls versus Tender CBU. + Train junior team members and other stakeholders on planning and scheduling procedures & tools. **Qualifications and Experience** + Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field. + Minimum of 10 years of experience in Project Planning & Scheduling in an EPC/EPCM capital projects environment, preferably in projects related to chemical process plants / gas plants. + Previous experience supporting EPC projects through all phases of an EPC project from tender construction and commissioning. + Deep understanding and expertise in baselining and S-curving for EPC projects. + Previous experience and proficiency with Primavera is required. + Previous experience with SAP for project financing is preferred. + Attention to details and critical analysis. + Excellent communication skills both written and verbal + A self-starter that demonstrates a positive outlook and contributes to working in multicultural and multidisciplinary and collaborative environment. + Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship. .
