ESE Consultants, a Toll Brothers company, seeks a Landscape Architect/Planner for our office in Greenville, South Carolina.

 

What is the opportunity?

 

Design and manage preparation of reports and plans for land development projects.

 

What are the primary responsibilities?

Review and Prepare new community plans ensuring each concept meets our standards with full regard for value maximization, cost reduction and constructabilityReview and Prepare aesthetically pleasing and cost-effective solutions for community layout and configuration plansAssist with training staff and encourage good communication skills within the group and with clientsPrepare landscape and hardscape plans for submission and approval by local jurisdictionAssist with review agency approvals and represent project at public hearingsPrepare project scope, proposal, schedule and invoicesReview and prepare construction drawings for entry features, recreation facilities and other common elements within communities Shop drawing review and address contractor request for informationProvide markups and review comments on plans by others with written or graphic improvementsAssist in interviewing process and mentor new staffPrepare multiple concurrent land analysis and planning tasksPrepare due diligence plans showing the highest and best use of properties

Qualifications

Ability to manage effectively in a team setting and interact with clients and review agenciesGood time management skills, ability to work within tight timeframes and deadlinesStrong multi-tasking abilities to juggle many different tasks while maintaining focusStrong communication skills

Do you have these qualifications?

4-8 years as a licensed professional in Landscape Architectural or related field Requires a 4-year BS degree in landscape architecture or related disciplineStrong knowledge of commonly used practices and procedures within the land development field
