In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be
Customer Focus
Provide continuous and strong support to the LATAM Projects Team.
Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
Drives Results:
Supervise and detect budget deviations for each project and business unit (BU) in LATAM.
Communication:
Maintain effective communication with cross-functional teams.
Provide clear follow-up and feedback to the finance team.
Activate blocking issue paths and update workflows as needed.
Collaboration:
Actively participate in project review meetings with Project Managers.
Ensure clarity on assigned project hours and responsibilities.
Project Management :
Support project management activities in line with organizational standards.
Continuously supervise project budgets and anticipate potential issues.
Assist in the update and tracking of LATAM standard project metrics (e.g., OTD).
Training:
Reinforce the use and understanding of Service Level Doctrine 2.0.
Policy Interpretation:
Interpret and apply Emerson policies and procedures across all PMO activities.
Alliance
Foster collaboration and teamwork across departments to ensure clear and consistent communication.

You build the customer relationships For This Role, You Will Need:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or an Engineering discipline (Industrial, Chemical, or related).
3–4 years of project-related experience for external candidates.
2–3 years of experience for internal candidates.
Solid understanding of Project Management.
English proficiency (minimum 80%).
