You’ll collaborate with program schedulers and project managers to ensure compliance with DCMA DECM metrics and our companies internal processes. Your analysis and insights will drive continuous improvements, helping ensure that our projects meet all EVM compliance standards. **Your Responsibilities:** + **EVM Compliance Testing:** Conduct recurring validation and verification testing, focusing on EVM compliance and DCMA DECM metrics. + **Collaboration:** Work closely with program schedulers and project managers to generate EVM compliance metrics and provide insights into testing processes. + **Data Analysis & Reporting:** Identify and analyze EVM test results, preparing reports on compliance status and making recommendations for improvements. + **Process Improvement:** Offer observations and feedback on the testing process, contributing to the enhancement of procedures and practices. + **Occasional Travel:** While this role is primarily 100% remote, you may be required to travel occasionally to collaborate with teams or support program needs. **What We’re Looking For:** **Basic Qualifications:** + Experience with **Deltek Open Plan Professional (OPP)** and **Microsoft Excel** for scheduling and data analysis. + Knowledge of **DoD EVM DFAR reporting** requirements and integrated scheduling practices. + Strong understanding of **Program or Project Management** principles. + At least **3 years of related experience** in EVM compliance or scheduling. + **Bachelor’s degree** or higher in a relevant field. **Preferred Qualifications:** + 6+ years of experience in a project management or scheduling role, especially with EVM compliance. + Familiarity with **DCMA CAR/CAP** activity and experience working on complex defense contracts. **Why Join Us?** This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to be part of a remote, flexible work environment where you can make a tangible impact.
