Software suite (Microsoft Office).
Software (Microsoft Project).
Evaluation and analysis of information, preparation of statistical or managerial analytical reports. Follow-up and analysis of performance and performance indicators of the team and presentation of progress reports to senior managers. Familiarity with: standards Project Management.
ITIL Information Technology Service Management Standard.
Software like MSP/JIRA.
Scrum Master role.
Power BI software.
