The UCLA National Center for Child Traumatic Stress (NCCTS) is seeking to hire a full-time Contract Project Policy Analyst 3 to complete the duties of Program Administrator for the Together in Wellness Project at UCLA. The Program Administrator will work closely with the Project Director, to manage projects and coordinate activities. You will support workgroup staffing and communications with Together for Wellness partners (UC Davis and Chorus). Additionally, you will coordinate and liaise with partner sites to ensure effective communication regarding Service Systems projects and needs. You’ll also organize team meetings and maintain the shared collaborative workspace.
Main duties of the job will consist of the following types of task:
Project Management Program Management Product Development Technology Coordination Collaborative Group Support Trauma-Informed Organizational Assessment Project Coordination (TIOA)Pay Range: $68,800.00 – $141,000.00 annually.
