What will you do?

Supplier technical capabilities, Introduce latest market technologiesDrive projects as: Design to Cost, (DTC), Redesign To Cost (RDTC) and New Product Introduction (NPI), CAO opportunitiesIntegrate Siemens Global Procurement Processes in bussiness unit and segment activities.Implement target costingImplement strategy: activities and plans to meet KPI´sEnsure early supplier involvement in new product designs and product redesign prior to PM 150Manages the Technological matrix from suppliers, supplier capacity analysis, involvement on new development projects and technologies.Driving project as project manager, leading cross functional team activities to support and achieve bussiness technologies.Ensures that all the activitiesand projects in general compliant with proceduresUtilizing the total cost approach to reduce product cost through Design to Cost , Re-design to cost activities and New Product Introduction.Manage the integration of preferred suppliers (FPL) and materials (SMS) into development process and follow PLM guideline

What will you need to succeed?

Bachelors Degree in Engineering2+ years of proven experience as a buyer, commodity buyer or Project Manager desirableProficient EnglishDomain of systems such as SAP.Basic financial knowledge & analysis: Ex. Loss of economies analysis, Bussiness case analysisProduction technology knowledgeCommunication skills, conflict managementNegotiation skills desirables
