Project Production Operation Specialist 

 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Lead process validation activities, via co-work with cross-function, at least but not limited to: performance qualification of equipment and facilities, feasibility batches, process and cleaning validation, on-going process validation for new products or any changes on existing products. Responsible for drafting and revise documents incl. process specification, batch master record, SOP and Form for transfer project, and routine production. Support Process Engineer to implement routine on-going process verification and clean verification. Perform routine site-tour in production area, collect questions and feedback answers, find chance to do optimization from process aspects, ensure the validated process being conducted correctly and compliant during routine commercial production. Participation in deviation investigation. Be the project team member within NPD or transfer projects.

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

Education: bachelor or above Experience: 3 years in production or process development function within pharmaceutical companies Qualifications: Chemical, pharmaceutical related major, with good leadership and individual influence, result-driven and detail-oriented, with high flexibility and efficiency Language: Fluent verbal and written skills in English
