Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility:
One of the top strategic priorities for NCR Services is driving an improved customer experience across the Retail customer base. This role will take the internal lead to drive revenue validation and pervasive problem identification and resolution surrounding the quote to bill process for the NCR Software maintenance revenue operations business unit.
Required to take ownership of multiple internal projects to improve line of sight for the NCR software maintenance quote to bill process and drives each assigned project to a successful completion.
Required to effectively present results of projects in a clear and effective manner and drive problem management by mistake proofing the defected process and preventing it from occurring again.
Aggressive self-starter, able to rally team support for process and accountability in a rapidly changing environment.
Responsible for coordinating projects communications, including compiling project information for reviews, and promoting Governance compliance within the NCR revenue operations team.
Able to respond to most situations with limited guidance and formulate alternative courses of action on more complex information with additional guidance from more senior employees.
Assumes full accountability for overall success of a project through deployment.
Develop and be accountable for the overall project plan by integrating sub-project plans; Ensure resources are committed and engaged for all project phases.
Review and evaluate project documentation deliverables for completeness and accuracy; Conduct post-implementation review and communicate results to facilitate learning.

Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of related experience in project management role to include fast-paced, high volume, high impact, complex and strategically important projects required.
Project related certification (preferred) or proven project experience.
Advanced Excel skills (VBA Macros, Power Pivot etc.)
Advance knowledge of tools such as MS Power Bi/MS Power Automate
Strong oral and written communication skills, including email proficiency (i.e., Exchange).
Strong skills and competency in MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Access.
Teamwork skills, appropriate to all levels of the organization.
