Project/Program Manager I
OUR LARGEST ECOMMERCE CLIENT IS HIRING A PROJECT/PROGRAM MANAGER I TO JOIN THEIR TEAM! This position will be hybrid in Seattle or Arlington. Job Description: + Facilitate and gatekeep all internal requests that support the organization in prioritizing requests. + Help complete and maintain standard processes that streamline business operations and support the rhythm of business. + Coordinate and manage recurring meetings while ensuring the team is tracking to deliverables. + Facilitate note-taking at meetings. + Raise concerns/risks to help facilitate business decision-making. + Coordinate efforts with Strategic Planning Engineers (SPEs) to develop optimal solutions, implement processes, and maintain protocols. + Collaborate with cross-organizational teams to drive multi-project completion. + Execute on requests that drive the team's vision, mission, and roadmap. + Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, deliverables, and asks with quick turnarounds is expected. + Preferred abilities include familiarity with project management tools like Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, and Microsoft Suite (Word, SharePoint, Excel), coordination of light event planning, and website administration. + Wide degree of creativity and problem-solving is highly expected. + Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Daily Schedule: + Coordinating and facilitating meetings. + Driving calls (ensure everyone is in attendance, taking notes, etc.). + Editing documents. + Finishing off internal internet sites. + Assist with internal WIKI.
