Job Title: Project/Program Manager I Job Description The team is shaping the future of digital video entertainment. The Campaign Manager (CM) is the general project manager of a campaign whose responsibilities include the overall health of 360 campaigns, including timeline management and oversight of the asset development budget. Alongside the Brand Manager, the Campaign Manager plans the overall campaign cadence and owns the creative strategy, adapting global marketing assets to meet local market needs. Responsibilities + Manage all operational aspects of a campaign including workflow timelines and asset management. + Create schedules, assess resources, estimate time, and track project completion requirements. + Anticipate and effectively mitigate problems. + Communicate to stakeholders with progress updates, relevant delays or issues, and budget implications. + Work collaboratively and proactively with internal teams and external agencies to assess project requirements and ensure efficient development and delivery of assets per the marketing plan. + Work closely with creative agencies to adapt assets for the local market. + Oversee the adaptation of global AV, digital, and static creative assets for the local market. + Act as the main point of contact with external partners and agencies to ensure deadlines are met. + Identify campaign risks and provide innovative solutions to timelines and owners, driving resolution with escalation to leadership as needed. Essential Skills + Willing to learn and adaptable. + Experience with any PLM and ERP system (team currently uses Agile and Oracle). Work Environment Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote. 40 hours per week, 9 AM - 5 PM.
