Description
We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Project/Program Manager II in Seattle, WA. In this role, you will have the chance to oversee and coordinate the entirety of a project or program, from inception to completion. You will be working in a dynamic environment where your creativity, planning, and management skills will be put to the test.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of the project/program to ensure it is completed on time and within scope
• Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to set deadlines and assign responsibilities
• Monitor the progress of the project/program and make adjustments as necessary to keep it on track
• Prepare detailed reports on the status of the project/program for upper management
• Use your knowledge of field concepts, practices, and procedures to make strategic decisions and plans
• Lead and direct the work of others, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
• Utilize your creativity and latitude to navigate challenges and drive the project/program forward
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement necessary quality management practices.
Requirements
• Proficiency in planning and organizing projects to ensure efficient progress and completion
• Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring procedures related to project management
• Strong ability to track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues that arise
• Knowledge of best practices in project management and ability to apply them in various contexts
• Proven ability to prepare detailed reports on project status, outcomes, and future initiatives
• Excellent coordination skills, with the ability to liaise between different teams and stakeholders
• Creativity in problem-solving and strategizing, allowing for innovative approaches to project hurdles
• Experience in Quality Assurance (QA) management, ensuring all project outputs meet the set standards and expectations.
• May require a bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
