Job Title: Project/Program Manager II
Job Description

Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects and programs. Oversees all aspects of projects, sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes the progress of the project or program. Prepares reports for upper management regarding the status of the project or program. This role may require a bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures is necessary. The role relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The position involves leading and directing the work of others, and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and complete projects/programs.Oversee all aspects of projects.Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress.Prepare reports for upper management regarding project/program status.Lead and direct the work of others.Pull data, troubleshoot issues with participants, and identify/analyze trends with research tools.Execute tasks in Qualtrics, report, and track project/program progress.Essential SkillsData analytics (SQL, VLookup, Pivot Tables, Strong Excel).Strong communication skills.Qualtrics knowledge and experience.Ability to adapt to changing requirements.Deep dive into data and coordinate with different teams.Strong analytical skills.Survey analysis and creation.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field.4-7 years of experience in project/program management or a related area.Familiarity with internal tools.Ability to deal with ambiguity and problem-solving skills.Work Environment

This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office per week. The typical workday is from 9 AM to 5 PM, with some flexibility as needed. The office is located next to the Empire State Building. The specific days in the office can be flexible but require communication with the team.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
