Job DescriptionSupporting responsible commercial or project purchasing manager in daily working tasksSupporting with creation of official RFQs in official Bosch PJM platformUpdating excel tables regularlyHandling of daily tasks in SAP (download of documentation, system checking, update of records)Participation in part and production release processParticipation in the engineering change process (ECR)Active participation in all regular meetingsSupporting continuous benchmarking processSupporting supplier negotiations and technical discussions

QualificationsRecent graduate or last year student: Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Technical Sciences, Faculty of Organizational Sciences or comparable field of studyProactive and drivenCreative, with attention to detailsTarget oriented thinkingOpen to learn new things and grow with the teamGood communication and organization skillsAdvanced knowledge of EnglishGerman language is an advantageVery good knowledge of MS Office (advanced Excel, VBA is an advantage)Quick and agile learner
