We are proud to supply products for major transportation projects around the world such as pantographs, electromechanical components, couplers, brakes, trolleybus headers. **How will you make a difference?** + You will be part of our team of colleagues in the quality department who are responsible for communicating with the customer for assigned projects + You will represent the project in the quality area and ensure that the highest standards are maintained. + You will support the team in setting project milestones and ensure that all quality tasks are met. + Communicate regularly on project quality performance and achievements. + Lead the internal FAI (First Article Inspection) to prepare the customer FAI. + Manage customer issues and champion the sharing of experience within the project. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints according to Wabtec rules (WIM, QRQC, 8D) **What do we need to know about you?** + Previous experience in a similar position ideally in a manufacturing company 3+ years + Ability to create technical analyses within 8D terminology + Knowledge of tool quality - 8D, QRC, APQP + Knowledge of German and English at proficient level + Your willingness to travel occasionally for work **What can we offer?** Flexible working hours are not offered by everyone.
