Project Quality Lead - Onsite
We are looking for a Project Quality Lead to join our Quality team in Royston.

We are looking for a Project Quality Lead for the Quality department at Sartorius. In this role, you will be responsible for coordination of the Quality group for quality activities throughout product lifecycle, implementing QMS procedures, manage and support risk analysis and liaise with Project Lead, Product Development teams.

This position is full – time, permanent role and based on site in Royston. The site is 10 minutes’ walk from the train station and just off A505 so it’s easy to get to.

Grow with us – Your Responsibilities  

On a daily basis you will lead the coordination of quality group, manage quality related operational activities related to the product, validation of the product, root cause analysis

Design and approve Design review and risk management for the product, approve specification for outsourced parts

Approve product and process reports, review project documentation for compliance to QMS requirements

Assist in ensuring overall quality of the project throughout product lifecycle by implementing QMS procedures

Provide guidance and assistance in implementation of design and risk control activities

Participates actively to Design review and risk management

Approves Design review and risk management

Assist in creating and reviewing project quality documentation

Liaise with Project Lead, Product Development and suppliers as well as other colleagues globally

What will convince us 

Bachelor or Master’s degree in Life Sciences or Engineering or relevant field

Experience in providing Quality Management support in product development ideally within pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical or medical device industry

Knowledge of Quality standards and practices (such as ISO, GMP, Medical device)

Experience in leading or coordinating teams

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proactive approach

Ability to apply analytical and critical thinking, short – term and long – term planning

Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise various tasks
