Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality management plans for projects, outlining quality goals, resources, and processes.Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to project specifications and regulatory requirements.Analyze project documentation and deliverables to verify compliance with quality standards and customer expectations.Collaborate with project teams to establish and maintain quality assurance procedures, tools, and metrics.Lead root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for quality issues and non-conformities.Provide guidance and support to project teams on quality-related matters throughout the project lifecycle.Facilitate quality training sessions and workshops for project staff to enhance understanding and implementation of quality practices.Monitor and report on project quality performance through metrics, KPIs, and quality assurance reports.Stay updated on industry best practices, standards, and regulations related to project quality management.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Eletrical, Materials or Production);Proven experience as a Quality Analyst or similar role in project management, ideally in Hydro.In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, standards (ISO 9001, etc.), and regulatory requirements.Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and quality assurance.Proficiency in quality assurance tools and software (e.g., statistical analysis, data collection).Intermediate/Advanced English Additional InformationRelocation Assistance Provided: No
