Role: Project Quantity Surveyor
Location: Central London
Remuneration: £65,000 Per Annum + Hybrid Working

In this role, you will:

Managing a variety of commercial packages. Prepare and agree variation accounts, monitor costs, and track progress against plans. Contribute to change control procedures and manage contractual issues. Prepare valuations, final accounts, and handle subcontractor payments. Provide expert contractual advice and ensure legal compliance. Identify and manage commercial risks. To be successful, you will have: A Quantity Surveying degree or similar qualification. Membership of a relevant professional body (CICES, RICS, etc.). Proven experience delivering positive commercial outcomes on major projects. Excellent communication. A methodical and detail-oriented approach.
