Project RED: Data Analytics, Monitoring and Solutions – (Sr.) Manager

As the affiliate develops and implements an upgraded comprehensive risk detection tool and action(s) of framework, we are seeking individuals with solid analytical capabilities and strong leadership and communication skills to conduct cases analysis, drive action framework development and provide ad-hoc strategic support to enable AI-powered solutions in risk detection, monitoring and preemptive actions.

Key Responsibilities

Detection Tool Development:

Conduct data source exploration, understanding and verification with system ownersAssist in tool development needs walk-through with IT, results verification after scripts development and reporting layout designCollaborate with global AADS and IDS in developing system automation and AI solution as well as verificationContinuously identify opportunities and apply insights to improve the effectiveness and timeliness of the toolEstablish regular touchpoints with BU and functional colleagues to gain insights on business practices and operation

Detection Results Deep-Dive and Follow-Up Actions:

Conduct verification of signals and metrics derived from the toolDevelop analytical analysis and deep dive on transactions and implicated individuals/teamsDevelop insights from cases deep-dive to identify trends and patterns of both high and emerging risk areasConduct high-quality root cause analysis and design appropriate actions of frameworkShare insights with ECOs, monitoring teams, Internal Control (IC) and investigation teamsCollaborate with Project RED leader to engage with taskforce members (HR, Legal, E&C, IC) on cases triage and consultation (external law and regulations, internal policies and procedures, discipline actions etc.)Assist ECO and IC team in advising or partnering with business functions develop corrective action and preventive measures in risk mitigationDevelop management reporting and slide deck for regular governance meetings and updated

Basic Qualification

Bachelor's DegreeFluent English skillAdvanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skillsHighest standards of ethics and integrity
