Complete Description:

The  Department of Human Services is looking for exceptional resource to support the District’s consolidated health and human services eligibility and enrollment, DC Access System (DCAS) implementation project.  The project includes the implementation of COTS solutions including: IBM Curam, Connecture, Business Objects, and  SalesForce.com in multiple releases.  The first release of the project included components required to establish the District’s State Based Insurance Exchange.  The next two releases taking place in 2014, 2015 and 2016 will be modernizing  the legacy Automated Client Eligibility Determination System (ACEDS) to conduct eligibility determinations for SNAP, TANF, Non-MAGI Medicaid and other programs administered by DHS. Proficient in business requirements information collection. 

 

The characteristics required for all resources on the project are to be able to work independently as well as in teams that include government staff, other ITSA resources and system integrator teams.  This is a complex project and requires individuals who are able to work in high performing, fast-pace environments to meet significant deadlines monitored by federal funding agencies.
