**Project Sales Manager, K&B Taiwan** Reporting directly to General Manager, K&B Taiwan, the Project Sales Manager, K&B Taiwan is responsible for planning, strategizing and leading all project sales activities in Taiwan market to maximize the sales revenue and market share of Kohler through distributors to builders, plumbers, contractors, and other specifies and users in accordance with establishing profitability and service goals in Taiwan. **Skills/Requirements** University graduated in marketing or master business administration preferred. At least 10 years of sales experience in the construction material or consumer goods industry. Solid successful track record is a must. Strong networking with developers, architecture firms, and interior design firms Experience in managing sales team Exposure in Bath and kitchen industry is desirable Strong leadership with strategic mindset Good command of English communication skills Possess strong communication, interpersonal, presentation skills.
