We are looking for a Project Sales Manager to join our Endress+Hauser company in Zagreb, Croatia
What is the role about?
Identification, qualification and prioritization of international opportunities in different industries Active member of project acquisition teams for international strategic and complex projects Having the responsibility in the acquisition phase
Which tasks will you perform?
Support to Endress+Hauser International AG countries in the project pursuit Coaching the colleagues and members of teams to work in project sales Development and training of processes and tools to support the project business Support to form project teams for selected opportunities Assist customers in justifying projects, while ensuring that they will be reducing risk and/or cost Complete project stakeholder analysis, identify and recruit project team members to support the project life cycle for the customer Determine the project pursuit strategy and implement it by collaborating with the project team - adapt it to changing circumstances Coordinate communication between global project influences and Endress+Hauser’s sales, project, service and production organizations Maximize the opportunity for E+H to be a multi-product and service provider for the project, promoting the future installed base at the project job site Develop proposal strategies and plans based on the project requirements, aligned with the sales strategy, and present the final proposal to the customer if so required Leads contract negotiations and secures the sales opportunity Builds relationships with key decision makers and alliance partners Promotes and positions Endress+Hauser as a customer process automation partner Identify project opportunities at the earliest possible stage
What do we expect from you?
language skills: English (Business fluent) sales and project pursuit experience is required years of experience in relevant fields: 4-6 years IPM certificate is a great advantage Business administration and technical knowledge is of advantage experience in process control instrumentation industry and developing global projects is an additional benefit Project Management, Marketing and Service sales experience is an additional benefit negotiation skills ability to lead virtual teams good communication and presentation skills deep intercultural understanding ability to analyze and interpret financial data and make business decisions ability to create and manage budgets ability to conduct a Project Stakeholder Analysis willingness to travel
