Mission Details

ATTAINMENT OF SALES BUDGET
•    Achievement of sales budget
•    Attainment of sales budget per category


COLLECTION  / AR MANAGEMENT
•    Ensure attainment of collection target and MVC achievement


CALLS AND ACCOUNTS MANAGEMENT
•    Regular visits and coverage  to Intermediate business partners, Contractors, customers and projects
•    Account selection and maintenance

Required Profile

Knowledge: Product presentation and demonstration, relevant technical proficiency and technical servicing competency
Skills/Abilities: Equipped with good sales aptitude; proficient in business communications both in English and Filipino or the local dialect, if applicable; possess strong negotiation and customer service skills; familiar with the business / market in the area assignment; must have effective presentation skills; must have proven effective accounts management.
Attitude: Self-motivated; able to work and contribute effectively to a team; positive work values  and ethics; innovative and focused on continuous improvements;   manifests   sense of ownership on tasks and responsibilities 
Education: Preferably a graduate of Civil Engineering, Architecture, Marketing, or equivalent relevant work experience, training or course
Experience: At least 1 year work experience in construction product selling or in technical sales and marketing
