This position will be assigned to multiple project schedules as well as proposals and/or system process development responsibilities. **What we Offer:** We offer a highly competitive compensation & benefits package for all full-time employees. The salary range for this position is starting at $60,000 - Commensurate, depending on relevant experience, education, and qualifications. We also offer semi-annual profit-sharing bonuses based on company profits to share in the mutual success! In the past, these have ranged between 3.5% - 11.5% of annual salary. + Medical, Dental, and Vision effective your 1 st day of employment + 401(k) with company match (immediate vesting) + 120 hours (about 15 days) of paid time off (PTO) + 10 paid holiday days + Flexible work schedule (every other Friday off) + Opportunity for advancement and career growth + Employer-sponsored Life Insurance, short-term and long-term Disability Insurance + Gym Membership Stipend + Tuition Reimbursement + Wellness Program + Fertility Benefits + Pet Insurance **Who You Are:** + Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred + 5+ years of experience as a planner/scheduler on engineering, procurement, and construction projects (EPC Projects) + Demonstrated expertise in the use of modern planning and scheduling principles, methodologies, techniques, and tools + Proficiency using Primavera P6 + Proficient in Microsoft Excel + Utility experience strongly preferred + Certification in Primavera preferred + Project Management Institute (PMI) - Scheduling Professional (SP) certificate preferred + Proficient in Microsoft Project preferred **Essential Duties & Responsibilities:** + Develops, monitors, and updates integrated project plans and schedules so that projects may be executed in the most efficient manner possible, both timewise and cost-wise. Prepares baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for approval by project teams. + Reviews schedules with stakeholders on a regular basis to ensure that accurate and timely data is incorporated in the schedule, so that intelligent decisions may be to assure completion of the project(s) on a timely basis. Assures credibility of the information contained in the schedule. + Assesses impacts to the critical path and near-critical activities and report to the project team. Monitors schedule deviations and variances and assist in the developing alternate methods for corrective action. + Prepares and provides schedule progress reports, trending charts, and schedule analysis on a routine basis. Maintains a record of scope changes, trends and variances that potentially affect the performance of the schedule. + Analyzes schedules from Clients, Vendors, Engineering Staff, and General Contractors. Verifies schedule integrity and evaluate logic and float paths. Evaluate activity sequences for constructability. + Identifies areas of concerns and bring them to the attention of the project manager along with recommendations of mitigation. + Facilitates project scheduling meetings and/or interactive planning meetings as required by the project team. + Participates in project meetings and departmental staff meetings. + Complies with company scheduling practices and procedures. + At the completion of the project, maintains the project's historical information and compile a “lessons learned” for future use.
