What You'll Do Support multi-discipline engineering & construction projects safely, on-budget, and on-scope. Project Cost control management, including cash flow forecasting, project accounting & KPI reporting, WBS management Develop, maintain, and manage project scheduling and reporting inclusive of engineering, procurement, and construction management schedules. Identify schedule critical tasks and drive results. Coordinate with onsite construction team Assist with Project Manager and Construction Manager with site coordination meetings Chair scheduling meetings with Project Team Collaborating with the Procurement team with project schedule processes and updating scheduling tools Maintain accurate records and documentation for each project and apply Procore processes and contract management procedures and policies Chair and assist with project meetings and create open discussions with contractors. Complete months end close activities with the project team and operations team Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to the construction of the project Support project managers in project coordination and direct contractors onsite with project coordination What You'll Need AutoCAD, Microsoft Project or similar scheduling software, and Microsoft Office suite (Primavera P6 experience is a plus) Strong communication skills required. Must read, speak and understand English language in verbal and written communication Shows a safety-first mindset; recommends improvements to make the workplace safer for self and others Interest in construction and emerging trends within the industry Collaborative, flexible, team-oriented working style Self – starter and eager to learn and advance in the industry Your Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Project Management, or equivalent experience required.
