Job Title: Project Scheduler
Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Project Scheduler to support comprehensive project management for data center construction. This position will report to the Data Center team but will be based in Dallas Ft Worth. The role will be primarily on-site, and the ideal candidate should have experience in supporting data centers or other mission-critical facilities. Additionally, the candidate will be an innovative problem-solver, decisive, and capable of swiftly identifying and implementing solutions.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop project/construction baseline CPM schedules in accordance with developed guidelines for approval by project teams.Develop standards/guidelines for pre-award project schedules in conjunction with Project Management.Perform CPM schedule development, schedule analysis, and prepare schedule presentations using Primavera P6.Develop, monitor, and update post-award schedules.Develop, monitor, and update resource/cost-loaded schedules.Evaluate, perform resource/cost analysis, perform critical path analysis, and prepare reports.Provide support, scheduling assistance, and education to project team members.Develop schedule templates for future use.Generate reports and update project schedules to include any scope changes on a weekly or as-needed basis.Maintain effective relationships with all project team members.Review and verify all project-related scheduling information with project teams.Submit and present schedules and progress reports at project meetings.Develop and maintain an effective quality control program to ensure services are performed in accordance with established standards.Essential SkillsMinimum of 5 years of experience developing resource-loaded CPM project schedules in P6 (Primavera).Experience preparing, reviewing, updating, and revising project schedules in P6 for new and retrofit data center construction projects.Experience running reports in Primavera.Proficiency in Primavera P6.Experience in project scheduling and controls.Additional Skills & QualificationsBilingual in Spanish is a plus.Specific experience with data center projects is strongly preferred.Work Environment

The position is primarily on-site, with opportunities in Dallas Ft Worth and South Bend, Indiana. This role offers the chance to support major US-based data center projects.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $135000.00/hr.
