We currently have an opportunity for a Scheduler. Join our Downer Professional Services team and play a key role in delivering complex defence and national security projects that safeguard Australia’s future.  

What You’ll Do 

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: 

Develop, maintain, and enhance project schedules to support project objectives. Prepare and deliver accurate schedule reports, forecasts, and analysis. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure schedules reflect current project status. Provide project governance support and participate in key project workshops. Identify and address gaps or opportunities to improve scheduling and reporting. Support broader Project Controls activities as required

What You’ll Bring 

You must have and maintain a minimum Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) or higher Security clearance as required by the Commonwealth. Significant experience in a similar role, preferably within a professional services firm or the Defence industry.
