Responsibilities Outsourced Accounting Firm Management Vendor Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison between the company and the outsourced accounting firm, fostering strong partnerships and maintaining open lines of communication. Service Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure the outsourced firm's performance aligns with company standards, ensuring accuracy in bookings, reconciliations, invoice processing, and other financial tasks. Contract Compliance: Oversee the outsourced firm's adherence to agreed contractual terms, service levels, and deliverables, addressing any deviations promptly. Issue Resolution: Identify, address, and escalate any service delivery issues related to the accounting firm, implementing corrective actions where necessary. Performance Reporting: Develop and manage reporting metrics to track the outsourced firm’s performance, delivering regular updates to stakeholders on key performance indicators. Cost Management: Work closely with the accounting firm to control costs, optimize resources, and identify opportunities for operational efficiency. Project Management and Execution Project Planning and Strategy: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of internal projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements, define scope, and set clear expectations for deliverables and timelines. Resource Allocation: Manage resource allocation across projects, ensuring efficient use of internal and external resources to meet project deadlines and objectives. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them, ensuring continuity and smooth delivery of projects. Progress Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and report on project milestones, budget, and deliverables to senior management, highlighting key achievements and any areas of concern. Process Improvement Initiatives: Identify and implement process improvements within project workflows, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery. Cross-Functional Collaboration Interdepartmental Coordination: Work with finance, operations, and other relevant teams to align outsourced service activities and project initiatives with overall business objectives. Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate knowledge transfer between the outsourced firm and internal teams, ensuring smooth onboarding of new processes and tools. Continuous Improvement: Champion best practices within outsourced accounting management and project delivery, driving continuous improvement in service quality and operational efficiency. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all outsourced operations and projects are compliant with relevant legal, financial, and regulatory standards, mitigating risks associated with service delivery. Qualifications Min 7+ years in Finance with strong project management knowledge University Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or MBA Excellent knowledge of MS tools as well as ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies and training execution Experience in shared service center management is a plus Affinity with technology applications and business processes and the impact on people Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause identification skills. Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle. Excellent active listening skills. Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal. Track record of taking initiative and building bridges with internal and external partners to drive results. Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization. Must be a team player and able to work with and through others. Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal. Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts. Excellent knowledge of English and Turkish
