Overview Chadwell Supply is a successful family-owned maintenance supply company with 28 Branches Nationwide. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-minded individual to work as Chadwell Supply's Project Services Inventory Analyst. The Project Services Inventory Analyst at Chadwell Supply is responsible for tracking the products and quantities required to achieve industry-leading fill rates for Service Projects. The Analyst coordinates with the Project Services Sales Support, Sales, and Purchasing teams to determine stocking needs for Service Projects. Additionally, the Analyst forecasts future major customer purchases, monitors and reports on key metrics such as fill rates by product ranking, forecast accuracy, inventory levels, excess inventory, deadstock inventory, and inventory turnover ratios. The Analyst ensures inventory management effectiveness to support timely project deliveries, minimize stockouts, and maintain optimal inventory levels. What you will need +  A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study is preferred: or a minimum of 5 years of + experience in the same or similar field. + Experience with Great Plains and Sales Pad is an advantage. + You must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel. How you will make an impact + Liaise between the Project Services Department, Sales Department, Purchasing Department, Renovations Department, and Renovation Field Managers to enhance purchasing efficiency and monitor emerging opportunities. +  Coordinate with the Purchasing Department to address inventory impacts and redistribute excess renovation inventory in collaboration with Branch Personnel. +  Ensure target fill rates are met: 98.5% on A Items, 97% on B Items, and 92% on C Items. + Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels across distribution centers and branches, ensuring high fill rates for all renovation projects and regular inventory evaluations. + Perform monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc inventory analysis, addressing deadstock, overstock, and excess inventory issues. + Verify data accuracy in StockIQ, including buyer, supplier, Safety Stock, and Order Policy. +  Rebalance inventory as necessary and provide recommendations to address root causes of stock discrepancies. +  Drive inventory fill rates for new branches, including setting appropriate Safety Stock and Maximum Stock Quantities for renovation products. +  Analyze sales data related to renovation projects to forecast demand and adjust inventory levels accordingly. + Utilize forecasting techniques to predict demand trends based on sales data and project schedules. + Communicate directly with Renovation team members to resolve conflicts and ensure smooth operations. + Evaluate Master Quotes using StockIQ and communicate findings to Renovation Field Managers. + Research and recommend improvements to inventory models to enhance effectiveness and operational efficiency. #INDAC Powered by JazzHR
