What You’ll Do
The SIIO Business Engagement Team’s (BET’s) mission is to inspire and equip leaders to promote a culture of belonging that builds trust and drives innovation and collaboration across the full spectrum of diversity.
This role will work within the BET under the pillar of [DEI] Business Partners, supporting the Business Partner aligned to Cisco’s engineering organizations (Product, Common Hardware Group) as well as Cisco’s sponsorship program, The Multiplier Effect. You will be responsible for documenting and tracking active workstreams for the aligned DEI Business Partner and ensuring timely follow up and delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Scheduling for leader engagements and presentations
* Support pulling data and preparing presentation materials
* Tracking of deliverables and action items, ensuring timely completion
* Have a thorough understanding of the team’s portfolio of offerings
* Be part of The Multiplier Effect working team, supporting project management as needed
Minimum Qualifications & Desired Skills
* 5+ years in a corporate environment
* 3+ years project management, with high attention to detail and proven results
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* Experience creating presentations, business communications, and basic data analytics
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
Additional Preferred Experience/Skills
* Project management software (Monday.com, MS Project, etc.)
* Experience with Tableau or similar analytics platforms
* Project management certification (PMP or similar)
