This employee will develop and manage detailed project plans for the implementation of operational initiatives through analytical/quantitative and qualitative analysis; responsible for overall project management that includes coordination of resources, tracking revenue impact and cost reduction, increased efficiency, identifying opportunities, resolving issues, and communicating project status.

Job Responsibilities:

Create training and evaluation programs to support assigned projects Document existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement Participate in the implementation of resulting programs or procedural changes Identify issues as they arise facilitate resolution of issues escalate to relevance as needed Monitor projects against implementation schedules Clearly communicate project status and any associated challenges or constraints Track costs of implementation against budget
