Under general direction of the VP, Health Equity Strategies, this role will be responsible for supporting the execution of all aspects of key projects and initiatives. Will collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders, such as (but not exclusively) clinicians, Heathier Communities, HEEAAT (Health Equity Evaluation, Assessment and Analytics Team), and shared services such as strategy, marketing, communications, finance, the foundation, and legal. The role will also collaborate with community stakeholders across the system. Specific tasks will include supporting the development and documentation of: goals, objectives, milestones, tactics, evaluation, and deliverables; detailed work plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports; and meeting agendas, minutes, and follow up activities.
Essential FunctionsLarge scale initiative and project management – Support efforts to organize and track new and existing bodies of work; and monitor progress toward milestones, deliverables, schedules, and assignments to help ensure timely progress. Development of communications, presentations, blogs, and other outward and inward facing collateral materials – research, draft and finalize, as required, high-quality articles, reports, and other written documents (require limited re-work).Attend meetings, as needed, to help manage the Health Equity Strategy team’s portfolio of work. Respond to ad-hoc requests for data, information, reports, etc. Support administrative functions such as creating agendas, scheduling meetings, facilitating budgeting and contracting, etc. Support all project phases with a quality and professionalism appropriate for the executive level of leadership.Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Planner, Adobe, and Vizio.Analytical/ Complex Problem Solving. Research, analysis and synthesis of informationExcellent oral and written communicationsPresentation and proposal development. Thorough attention to detail oriented. Bachelor's Degree in health care administration or related field1 year of relevant experience 1 year of experience in a similar role.Preferred
