This position reports to

Project Manager

Your role and responsibilities

You will be mainly accountable for:•Leading the projects/Orders delivery activities in terms of planning, scheduling, cost, scope and customer NPS.•Coordinating execution strategy with the motors workshop project management head to be aligned to division strategy.•Significant Contribution to the BU Growth Plans and Sales Strategy.•Delivering successfully orders amounting to at least 4 MUSD and ensure revenue recognition.•Improving Cash Conversion Cycle Thru Flawless execution.•Improving Projects / Orders GM% and NM% with at least 2-3 %.•Conducting Internal and External Hand over Meetings.•Significant Contribution to Contracts Negotiation.•Closing coordination with Country, Division and BU functions to ensure proper resources planning.•Planning, Manage and control all project/order activities targeting customer satisfaction in line with project cost and time dimension.•Managing Subcontractors, Suppliers and Site Works according to Project Targets.•Ensuring customer satisfaction thru OTD, Quality and Flaw Less Execution.•Projects close out on time coupled with collection of related payments. •OBL Analysis and Periodization.•Keeping the project- sales teams & customers updated with progress of the project.•Working in tandem with sales team to develop sales approaches & tactics.•Closing coordination with factories to ensure improved delivery and cost optimization.•Achieving cost saving of at least 5-6 % every year.•Delivering the Division Revenue Growth Ambition with Targeted Profitability.•Developing the competencies in OH/PM across the division.

Qualifications for the role

BSC degree in Engineering, (Electrical & mechatronics are preferable). Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Project Management. Work experience in complex applications across various industries.Negotiation Skills.Fluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is a must.French is a plus.The job holder will be responsible for solving customers' technical and operation problems related to previous projects and new projects as well on an urgent basis being in line with customer production / operation requirements.Carry regular investigations with Customer to identify the optimum delivery approach & recommend the proffered technical solutions avoiding losses or any negative consequences.
