Job Summary

Provide project management support to deliver projects within the established budget and time line.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Participates in program and project development, disseminates project information, and serves as an active participant in project related work groups and committees. Assists in providing recommendations to achieve goals.

Assists with the planning, developing, implementation, and evaluation of programs and projects. Assists in developing project budgets and preparing contracts. May manage budget for small projects or components of large programs under the direction of program director.

Coordinates project activities, collaborates with project team members, assists in the development of measurable project goals and objectives, and monitors progress toward achievement.

Prepares agenda for meetings, documents key decisions, and collaborates with team members to develop project collateral.

Assists in writing and disseminates work plans and project documents to include procedures, proposals, progress reports, and presentations.

Additional Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and report data while developing key metrics to measure program effectiveness, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.

Minimum Requirements

Education – Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, information science, social sciences or related field.

Experience – Three years related experience. 

Knowledge and Abilities

Knowledge of:

Word processing and spreadsheet applications.

Ability to:

Multitask and work cooperatively with others.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.

Maintains attention to detail and utilizes sound judgment.

Preferred Knowledge and Abilities

Experience compiling and assessing data.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Licensing / Professional Certification – None.

Supervision of Others

This position generally does not supervise employees.

Position requires maintaining a regular schedule of attendance on campus and in the workplace.

Temporary position with the possibility of renewal based on funding.

Salary: $21.11/hourly
