Job Description:

The Project Specialist III, US Liquidity will provide support to Program Manager to track and report on the status of the program, processes, deliverables in accordance with established standards, documentation quality guidelines and timelines, handles administrative tasks related to tracking program status updates, ensuring traceability, following up on actions, enabling timely escalation and transparency of risks and issues identified by project managers.  This may include coordination with project stakeholders, documentation gathering and supporting project artifacts creation.   The ideal candidate will have advanced skills with Microsoft Office especially EXCEL, POWER POINT and WORD, knowledge of Visio and Project will be beneficial in the execution of this role.

The role will focus on consolidating information from various project reports, staying up-to-date on program updates and status tracking to support the preparation of the executive and regulatory reporting  materials;  will maintain records and historical archives for all Program Documentation on the SharePoint site, will coordinate, collect and track collection of the materials requested by the regulators, will be responsible for timely production of the reporting materials, dashboards, and project timetables in accordance with established style guides.

The US Liquidity team is working through a multiyear initiative partnering various stakeholders in businesses, risk management, technology, internal audit and other lines of business within the Bank.

Initiates and champions new projects based on personal knowledge of industry and Company; evaluates various alternatives based on extensive research and information and provides analysis of recommendations as needed; meets with department and other Company management as needed to gain approvalsMay supervise staff as directed; assigning, prioritizing and monitoring workSeeks help from management usually only with largest, most complex projects, typically during the project planning stageManages self (and/or) teams controllable expenses to designated budgetParticipates in evaluating effectiveness of projects after implementation; receives feedback from various internal areas and outside vendors, passes information to others as necessary and incorporates changes into future project plansProvides input to department policies and procedures and ensures their proper implementation; ensures that area's activities comply with any applicable legal and regulatory guidelines


Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience in addition to experience below5+ Years of related experienceDemonstrated ability to successfully plan, develop, lead and execute projects.Proven ability to gather information and recommend solutions.Excellent process improvement skills, including the ability to evaluate procedures and recommend improvements.Excellent communication skills, including strong writing ability.Effective presentation and influencing skills.Supervisory experience preferred.Strong PC SkillsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSAdvanced Microsoft Office SkillVisio and Project skills
