**Overview:**
The **Project Sr. Business Analyst - AVP** is responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with stakeholders.
The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning. The role will be taken in compact yet global team which drives business transformation and delivers to meet regulatory requirements. The role is open to join dynamic, self-organizing and agile group on high visibility projects.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals through partnership with decision makers, systems owners and end users in both **Waterfall** and **Agile methodologies** .
+ Working with technology operations and product colleagues to develop a robust, stable and scalable solutions with particular focus on data related developments.
+ Analyze business processes, gaps in capabilities, as well as appropriate data sources, interfaces and process changes required to address capability gaps.
+ Preparation and maintenance of appropriate documentation and artifacts (BRDs, User Stories, process flows).
+ Assist the Project Manager with the co-ordination of release planning, execution and postimplementation review.
+ Filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources and perform other duties and functions as assigned.
+ Maintains awareness of product changes and system enhancements.
+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding **Citigroup** , its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
**Qualifications:**
+ Data literacy.
+ 5-8 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis.
+ Demonstrated ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive and problem-solving techniques.
+ Proven interpersonal, diplomatic and influencing skills.
+ Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication.
+ Ability to create and maintain project- and data- related documentation.
+ Previous Custody Trade Settlements and Asset Servicing experience preferred.
**Skills:**
+ Ability to work with larger datasets.
+ JIRA/Confluence.
+ Excellent understanding of SDLC.
+ Preferable Agile/DevOps knowledge or experience.
+ Good command of MS Office.
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s/University degree in Finance/Computer Science or related Securities Services field.

**Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:**
$87,280.00 - $130,920.00
