Project Superintendent
Job Title: Commercial Construction Superintendent

Job Description

We are seeking a project superintendent to join our team for immediate projects. These projects include interior office tenant improvement (TI) projects and healthcare renovations. The superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring safety, managing subcontractors, and maintaining the project schedule. This role also involves providing weekly updates and running progress meetings for owners.

The superintendent will be working on-site in an office building. They will have a dedicated space to complete paperwork and reports. Project management support will be provided from the office. This position is not remote

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
