- receiving requests by email or by service request forms

- processing  by creating notification and releasing service orders in SAP and handling outbound idocs

- creating/updating equipment records in SAP

-updating customer master data   

DMR process and customer invoicing

Third party purchase orders and invoicing

General activities:

Masterdata: adding equipment to contracts, update equipment records and deleting equipment records, requesting missing customer data

Updating customer contract data to SAP

 Onboarding new technicians and third parties
