BGIS is seeking a proactive Project Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team based in Sydney. This is a fixed-term contract role until 31 May 2025, where you’ll play a crucial part in supporting various project operations and ensuring project deliverables are met efficiently and on time.

About the Role:
As a Project Support Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support to project teams, assisting with planning, tracking, and reporting. Your role will be instrumental in enabling the smooth running of projects and fostering effective communication across teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Maintain accurate project documentation, records, and databases. Assist in tracking project milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates to key stakeholders. Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes to ensure accurate record-keeping and follow-up actions. Facilitate communication between project teams, contractors, and clients, promoting collaborative project outcomes.

Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in a project support, administration, or coordination role. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience in project management software or databases is an advantage.
