Completes a wide variety of technical, logistical, facilitative and central processes that are critical to study success:
ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive project administrative support, including planning, prioritizing, and coordinating tasks for Project Leads, Clinical Team Managers, and other functional leads.Maintain and update procedures, guidelines, and documentation, ensuring detailed project records.Perform data entry and support the maintenance of database repositories.Assist in preparing reports and data collection for analysis.Support quality reviews to determine areas of improvement and successfully implement changes.QualificationsEducation and Experience
High/Secondary school diploma or equivalent; relevant formal academic/vocational qualification required.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.Previous experience (0 to 1 year) in a related role, demonstrating the skills and knowledge needed for success.In some cases, an equivalency of education, training, and directly related experience will be considered sufficient.
