**Job Description:**
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Project Support Officer (Saudi National)** to join our team to work on Mega Project in Riyadh/ Abha!
**What You'll Be Doing:**
**Recruitment Workflow and Coordination:**
+ Develop and publish a structured workflow for coordination between the project team and the recruitment team.
+ Share the list of required positions with the recruitment team via the Recruiters Tracker to ensure clear communication.
+ Collect and compile detailed job descriptions for each position to align with project objectives.
**Candidate Evaluation and Interviews:**
+ Conduct initial reviews of CVs alongside the Operation & Delivery Director to ensure candidates meet project requirements.
+ Coordinate and arrange internal interviews between department heads and candidates.
+ Schedule and facilitate external interviews between candidates and the client.
+ Follow up with the client for interview feedback, approval decisions, and assigning Level & Class for candidates who pass interviews.
+ Organize and manage interviews involving the client, PMC, and Lead Design Consultant.
**Workshops and Collaboration:**
+ prepare and present agendas for workshops and meetings, ensuring clear and effective communication with stakeholders.
**Saudization and Internships:**
+ Monitor and ensure compliance with Saudization targets and oversee the internship program to align with national requirements and project goals.
**Onboarding and Offboarding:**
+ Ensure timely submission of prior application Forms (PAFs) for new joiners and leavers on the day of their onboarding or departure.
+ Send onboarding letters to Document Controllers on the same day candidates join the project to ensure smooth integration
**Timesheet and Financial Forecasting:**
+ Prepare and submit accurate monthly timesheet records for (Client) and forecasts for IPA certificates, including projected joiners.
+ Compare costs between the deployment plan and timesheets to provide detailed financial reports and attach these to payment applications.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ A proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies in workflows and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and performance.
+ Ability to coordinate multiple workflows, manage timelines, and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
+ Experience in reviewing CVs, coordinating interviews, and collaborating with recruitment teams to fill project roles efficiently.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
+ Proficiency in analyzing job descriptions, matching candidate profiles, and preparing detailed reports for decision-making.
+ Ability to manage complex recruitment and onboarding processes while ensuring alignment with project objectives.
+ Experience in preparing and submitting PAFs, onboarding letters, timesheets, and financial forecasts.
+ Ability to anticipate and address challenges related to recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning proactively.
+ Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and other relevant tools to maintain trackers, create reports, and analyze data.
+ Understanding of Saudization policies and local labor laws to ensure compliance and successful implementation of hiring strategies.
+ A meticulous approach to ensure accuracy in financial forecasts, documentation, and project alignment.
**Desired Qualification:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration, Human Resources, Project Management, or a related field is mandatory.
+ Experience in project-based environments such as construction, engineering, or infrastructure.
**Certifications (Optional but Preferred):**
+ Professional certifications like PMP (Project Management Professional), SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management), or CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel Development) are desirable.
+ A minimum of 5 years of experience in:
+ Workforce management, recruitment coordination, or HR operations.
+ Direct involvement with client-facing roles and managing workflows.
+ At least 3-5 years of experience in leadership roles or managing teams in similar industries.
