ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\n

The primary responsibility of the Premier Service Coordinator is to provide support to the Premier team by managing all incoming work and to deliver superior client service to internal and external partners that manage Premier clients; positively impacting overall client experience.\n

As a key contributor to the success of the department the candidates filling the role will be responsible for triaging all incoming work timely and accurately.\n\nExcellent written and oral communication\nStrong PC knowledge and able to work in excel and an aptitude to learn specific technology\nStrong attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy\nProven superior client service\nWell organized with strong time management\nAble to manage multiple priorities\nAble to work independently and cohesively within a team\nSelf-motivated working in a fast paced environment\nAnalytical and able to problem solve intricate scenarios\nAccepts accountability and demonstrates sound business judgment\nDemonstrated an understanding of property and casualty insurance policies\n\n

QUALIFICATIONS\n
\n\n1+ years data entry experience preferred \nStrong skills utilizing Microsoft Software required, specifically excel\nStrong typing, analytical, and computer skills\nMinimum 1 year insurance experience preferred \nMinimum 1 year customer service and office related experience preferred\nAbility to meet daily quality & production metrics required\nMust be able to pass criminal background \nExcellent Accuracy & Attention to detail required \n\n
