CTG is seeking to fill a Project Support Specialist - Nuclear or Engineering Projects opening for our client in Richland, WA. Location: Richland, WA Duration: 12 months Duties: Perform under limited supervision with appropriate discretion and judgment, with minimal direction/support and management involvement. Assist Project Manager(s) with the development and maintenance of project SharePoint sites for accurate records retention. Converse with site users in person, via email, and phone to identify needs and ensure appropriate access to SharePoint site(s). Upload, publish, and archive documents to appropriate SharePoint locations. Maintain and organize project documents including actions and statuses on SharePoint. Provide user training to project staff and others as needed. Prepare and deliver written and oral communications to various groups. Support Project Managers with all project closeout procedures, including managing document duplication, scanning, printing, transmitting, and archiving. Assist with the in-processing of new department employees and contract employees, including SSIS processing, paperwork for new hires, and training scheduling. Experience with all Microsoft programs including Excel, Office, Teams, and SharePoint. Support project startup and closeout processes. Perform other related duties as assigned. Must support the biennial refueling outage in the capacity as designated. Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint. Solid technical aptitude with the ability to learn new software quickly. Team and customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills. Organizational, planning, and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Capable of supporting complex administrative and technical tasks. Experience: Minimum of two years of advanced administrative or technical experience. Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams. Experience with project management documentation and closeout procedures. Experience in the commercial nuclear power plant industry is preferred. Previous administrative experience at a commercial nuclear site is desired. Education: Bachelor’s degree in applied management, business, or project management from an accredited college or university (preferred), OR Associate degree in a management, technical, or science-related field with at least four years of advanced administrative or technical experience, OR High School diploma/GED with at least six years of advanced administrative or technical experience. Required Abilities and Skills: Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization. Proficient with Microsoft Office, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and OneNote. Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and processes. Strong planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic, personal ethics, and attention to detail. Desired Abilities and Skills: Experience with continuous improvement and human performance. Knowledge of company software and programs. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $45.00/hour to $50.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
