Project Support Staff

Key Responsibilities:

The Project Support Staff (PSS) for Project Resilient Outreach for Vulnerable Environments to Reduce Food Insecurity (ROVER) will provide administrative and logistical support to the project team, ensuring efficient and effective project execution in Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental. 

Roles and Responsibilities

Administrative Support:

Manage project correspondence, including emails and reports.Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.Maintain project files, documents, and records.Manage and tracks project budget expenditures.

Logistical Support:

Coordinate procurement of office supplies, equipment, and materials.Manage the ROVER facility and equipment.Assist with event planning and coordination.Provide general office support, such as communicating with partners, documentation of project progress, and assist in reporting.

Project Management Support:

Track project milestones and deadlines.Assist with progress reporting and monitoring.Prepare and distribute project updates and communications.Support project team members with administrative tasks as needed.

3. Qualifications and Experience

A graduate of a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or Economic Development, or any related courses and/or equivalent experience in project management are preferred. [2] years of experience in administrative or office support roles.Proficiency in [relevant software, e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools].Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Attention to detail and accuracy.

5. Performance Evaluation

The PSS's performance will be evaluated regularly based on their adherence to this TOR, their contributions to project success, and their overall effectiveness in providing administrative and logistical support.

Qualifications:
