Project Manager – TS/SCI

At GDIT, we foster a people-focused and customer-centric environment in delivering Project Management Services.  As a Project/Task Manager supporting the Government, you will be trusted with management, direction, administration, quality control, and leadership of the execution of projects/tasks of the ISEE task order.

In this role, a typical day may include:

Managing the project stakeholders, project team, project risk, project schedule, project budget, and project conflictsPlanning, executing, managing, and closing projects that meet or exceed customer objectives in assigned projectsConducting plans and providing recommendations to the client on task workloadsEnsuring team members understand and execute their respective roles and the roles of the other team membersCoordinating resolution of production-related problems/roadblocksMeasuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesCoordinating development of deliverables and servicesEnsuring proper relationships are established between customers, teaming partners, and vendors to facilitate the delivery of engineering servicesEnsuring production schedules are met and system resources are used effectively

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain and maintain a CI poly.Must meet DoD 8570 IAT Level II requirements including one of the following:  Security+ CE, CND, SSCP, GSEC, GICSP, CySA+, or CCNA Security.Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certification or training, or work/military experience10+ years of relevant experience managing projects through project life cycleSolid leadership, coaching, and mentorship skillsSolid organization skills and multitasking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent client-facing and internal communication skills

Preferred

Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationExperience with Microsoft Project
