We are seeking a Project Team Lead to join our team. As a Project Lead, you will provide clear role modelling and leadership for your team to ensure effective service provision that empowers people to quit smoking, tailoring support to meet their unique needs.
Your contributions will be instrumental in fostering healthier lifestyles, improving public health outcomes, and creating a smoke-free future for Croydon. Hours: 37.5 per week (full time)
Salary: £34,700.69 - £36,635.37 (based on full time working hours, pro rata for part time hours)
Allowances: £2,163.27 Outer London Weighting (based on full time working hours, pro rata for part time hours)
Your responsibilities will include:
Operational line management of a team of staff which includes supervision, appraisal, performance and sickness management.Empowering staff to promote hope, empowerment, choices, control and opportunities that assist individuals reach their full potential.
Ensuring quality of service delivery through data analysis and engaging staff in service quality improvement planning.Working with the management team, maintain strong governance and monitoring systems.
We’re looking for someone with:
A National Centre for Smoking Cessation Training (NCSCT) Level 2 qualification or equivalent.Knowledge and experience of developing and leading health and social care teams.Experience of effective partnership working and relationship management.Knowledge and experience of delivering services which evidence high performance and quality standards.
An ability to support, inspire and develop staff.A commitment to providing high-quality, person-centered services.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic recording systems.Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
