Responsibilities:Help in identifying and delivering innovation agenda for all IFM accounts – with special attention to processes supported by central team and JBS GDriving transition process of activities from Finance teams to JBS G teamIdentifying process inefficiencies, internal control deficiencies within existing financial and operational processes in IFM business and delivering the solution how to mitigate those gapsCollate required information to support senior management decision making on project delivery (BOT implementation etc)Responsibility for project team governance and managing the pipeline of project activities. Ensure all change is captured in and follows agreed governance processes for assessment and managementCoordinate project management activities, resources and information from across the programme for efficient and effective central managementHelp to design, implement, and continuously improve the core governance framework within IFMOversee the project log by managing risks, issues, and opportunities as well as tracking key savings and cost impact of project executedSupport the GAM with escalations to help them in achieving project requirements.Engage with colleagues across the business to discuss both current and future transformation activities, governance best practice and any cross-learning opportunities to help drive the one JLL approachRequirements:Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance/Project ManagementExperience in working in high-performing teams both in local offices and remote locations.Working experience in the real estate or BPO industry will be much appreciatedBasic accounting and finance process knowledge requiredGood interpersonal skills to manage diverse range of service providers, client representatives and JLL stakeholdersStrong analytical skills.Self-starter with strong organizational/detail orientation.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deliverables on a daily basisCustomer Service: Commitment to solve requests and problems.Should be proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and WordFamiliarity with JDE E1 financial is advantageousExcellent verbal and written communications skills.Language skills: English (mandatory).
