The role:
Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren Projectmanager om leiding te geven aan een high-tech utiliteitsproject binnen een cleanroomomgeving. Dit langetermijnproject vraagt om een sterke leider met een technische achtergrond en uitstekende vaardigheden in stakeholdermanagement. Als projectmanager krijg je de kans om een cruciale rol te spelen in een complex technisch project, waarbij je samenwerkt met collega's en partners om hoogwaardige installaties te realiseren. Responsibilities: Verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van een €50M+ project binnen een high-tech cleanroomomgeving. Zorgen voor de succesvolle uitvoering van HVAC-, utiliteits- en cleanroominfrastructuurprojecten. Fungeren als de primaire schakel tussen meerdere stakeholders, waaronder de klant, partners en interne teams. Navigeren door complexe interne en externe stakeholderrelaties en zorgen voor een soepele projectuitvoering. Sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden toepassen om wijzigingen, financiën en projectplanning te beheren. Leiding geven aan en coördineren van de verantwoordelijke van de engineering-, voorbereiding, uitvoering en commissioningteams, waarbij de financiën, kwaliteit en tijdige oplevering worden gewaarborgd. Samenwerken met verschillende bedrijfsonderdelen van opdrachtgever en externe partners om het project succesvol te realiseren. Qualifications: Technische achtergrond (HTS, Elektrotechniek, WTB) Aantoonbare ervaring met high-tech utiliteitsprojecten (ervaring in de farmaceutische of semiconductorindustrie is een pluspunt). Ervaring of affiniteit met een industriële werkomgeving – je begrijpt de dynamiek van een technische productieomgeving en kunt schakelen tussen verschillende disciplines zoals engineering, uitvoering en commissioning. Sterke stakeholdermanagementvaardigheden en ervaring met grotere industriële partijen. Kennis van en ervaring met projectmanagementprincipes en de uitvoering van grootschalige projecten. Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels. In staat om te navigeren binnen interne politiek en samen te werken met diverse teams.

Responsibilities: Responsible for managing a €50M+ project within a high-tech cleanroom environment. Ensure the successful execution of HVAC, utility, and cleanroom infrastructure projects. Acting as the primary link between multiple stakeholders, including the customer, partners, and internal teams. Navigating complex internal and external stakeholder relationships and ensuring smooth project execution. Apply strong negotiation skills to manage changes, additional work, and project planning. Leading and coordinating engineering teams, ensuring quality and on-time delivery. Collaborating with the Client and external partners to successfully realize the project. Qualifications: Technical background (HTS, Electrical Engineering, WTB) Proven experience with high-tech utility projects (experience in the pharmaceutical or semiconductor industry is a plus). Experience or affinity with an industrial working environment – you understand the dynamics of a technical production environment and can switch between different disciplines such as engineering, execution and commissioning. Strong stakeholder management skills and experience with large industrial parties. Knowledge of and experience with project management principles and the execution of large-scale projects. Fluent in Dutch and English. Able to navigate internal politics and collaborate with diverse teams.
